Not only do we have some of the best sunset views on the island, we're only a couple blocks from downtown Folly Beach & the beach itself. Our space also has new, well-kept furniture & appliances along with wireless high-speed internet and a well-loaded Windows XP computer with a printer. Yet, we have the lowest rent in Folly Beach compared to other 3 bed / 3 bath vacation rentals.

Why are our prices lower? Simple, we want to keep the place rented out. Most Folly Beach rental units are vacant from September through May.

Here is our 2009 - 2010 price list:

Winter: November 1 – March 31     $550/week    $110/night    $1800/month
Spring: April 1 - May 22          $800/week    $175/night
Summer: May 23 – September 11     $950/week    $200/night
Fall:   September 11 – October 31 $750/week    $150/night    $2500/month

Weeks including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years are booked at Spring Rates.
