Not only do we have some of the best sunset views on the island, we are only a couple blocks from downtown Folly Beach & the beach itself. Our space also has new, well-kept furniture & appliances along with wireless high-speed internet and a well-loaded Windows XP computer with a printer. Yet, we have the lowest rent in Folly Beach compared to other 3 bed / 3 bath rentals.

Why are our prices lower? Simple, we want to keep the place rented out. Most Folly Beach rental units are vacant from September through May.

Here is our 2008 - 2009 pricing schedule:

Summer: May 24 – September 1     $950/week    $200/night
Fall:   September 2 – October 31 $750/week    $150/night    $2500/month
Winter: November 1 – March 31    $600/week    $125/night    $2000/month
Spring: April 1 -May 22          $800/week    $175/night

The weeks that include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Years Eve rent for $800 per week or $175 per night
