Folly Beach is a 10 mile drive from downtown Charleston, South Carolina. If you live up or down the East Coast, you'll take I-95 and get on I-26 to make the final trek into Charleston. From there, it's a short drive to reach the 'Edge of America.'

  Directions to the property
~ Take I-26 East into Charleston.
~ Take exit 221A and follow Highway 17 South. Stay in the Middle Lane.
~ In a couple miles, the road forks. Follow the Right fork, but stay in the Left Lane.
~ Take a left onto Lockwood Drive. Stay in the Left Lane.
~ Follow the 'Folly Beach' signs.
~ The highway comes to a 'T' - this is Folly Road. Take a Left.
~ In a couple of miles the road narrows to a two-lane highway.
~ You'll see 'Crosbys' seafood on the Right side.
~ Marsh Winds is on the Right side in about a mile - it's right next to the road.
~ It's immediately before 'Mariners Cay'
~ If you reach the final bridge into Folly, you went a little too far.

  Directions back to I-26
~ Take a Left out of the property & head up Folly Road.
~ Take a Right onto Highway 30 into Charleston. (Just past Harris Teeter)
~ Follow the 'Calhoun Street' signs.
~ Follow the 'Highway 17 North' signs - they will lead you to I-26
