Your front door will be only 1/2 mile from the Folly Beach Fishing Pier, which extends more than 1,000 feet into the Atlantic Ocean and is the second largest pier on the East coast. Not only will you have a covered place to park your boat, you'll be only 1/4 mile from the public access boat ramp. You will have full access to a Windows XP computer with High-Speed Internet, Microsoft Office 2007, printer, and a CD/DVD burner.

Folly Beach is less commercialized than Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head Island. It is also a shorter drive if you are coming from the direction of Atlanta, Columbia, Charlotte or Asheville. The beach itself rivals anything found on Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head Island. The washout at Folly Beach also offers some of the best surfing the Atlantic coast has to offer.
